Kolena maintains a status page where you can see the current status of our services, as well as any past incidents and maintenance events. Click “Subscribe to updates” on the status page to receive notifications about incidents and maintenance events via email. In the event that an outage occurs and it is not reported on the status page, an incident can be reported by either:- Visiting our status page and click “Report a problem” to submit a report.
