Requesting Access

If your organization is not yet a Kolena customer, you can request access to Kolena by following this link. Kolena will create a new organization and an administrator account. You will receive an email with a link to verify your email address and join the organization.

Accepting An Invitation

If you received an invitation email from Kolena, accept by clicking “Join Kolena”.

This will take you to Kolena. On Kolena, click “Join …” to accept the invitation. This will take you to a page to create your account.

What If I Did Not Receive an Invitation?

Invitation emails may be filtered by your organization’s email security settings. If you did not receive an invitation email, please check your spam folder or contact your Kolena representative.

If you have been invited to join an organization but did not receive an invite email, you can still create an account by going directly to agents.kolena.com and following the steps below.

Creating an Account

You can create an account by using your email address, Google account, or Microsoft Account.

To create an account with your email address, enter your address and click “Continue”. Next, create a password for your account and click “Create Account”. You will receive a verification email in your inbox. Open this email and click “Confirm my account”.

Click “Accept” on the authorization page and you will be redirected to Kolena.
