Kolena is a platform for creating and running automations powered by state of the art AI. We call these automations AI Agents. Agents are capable of understanding complicated documents, images, audio recordings and more. Tasks which are well suited for Agents include:
  • abstracting legal agreements with amendments like leases
  • performing extensive diligence reviews of large documents
  • eliminating data entry into financial models
  • drafting documents from templates
and more. AI Agents are a collection of Prompts, which are instructions that guide the AI on how to process and analyze your data. Kolena provides tools to write effective prompts as well as a library of pre-built prompts for common use cases and a means to evaluate their performance. Agents can be connected to your existing data using our supported Integrations with popular cloud storage, document management platforms, and email. In addition, Kolena supports a public API to interact with Agents programmatically.
