IP whitelisting allows your Organization to restrict access to the Kolena so that only traffic originating from approved IP addresses or networks is permitted. This is useful for enforcing security policies, limiting access to corporate networks, or complying with regulatory requirements.

How to Configure an IP Whitelist

To configure or update the IP whitelist for your organization:
  1. Navigate to “Data & Security” tab on your Organization page.
  2. Under IP Whitelist, click Configure Whitelist.
  3. In the IP Addresses field, enter one or more IP addresses or CIDR ranges.
    • Examples:
      • 192.0.2.1
      • 192.168.0.0/24
      • Multiple entries can be separated by commas.
  4. Click Set IP Whitelist to apply the policy.
Your organization’s access will now be restricted to the addresses or ranges you specify.

Important Notes

  • Be careful not to lock out your Organization. Ensure that the IP you are currently using is included in the whitelist before saving.
  • Changes take effect immediately.
  • Removing all entries will revert the organization back to allowing access from any IP address.
